2005 BUDGET REDUCTIONS

The B&ECPL Board of Trustees used the following principals to determine how to spread the pain of budget reductions:

• PRESERVE ALL 23 LIBRARIES' CHARTERS
• CONTINUE TO MEET STATE STANDARDS
• AVOID CLOSING LIBRARIES
