Andy has been a Librarian with the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library since March 2008. Assigned to the TechKnow Lab as of February 2011, he enjoys exploring new technologies then teaching them to the library community. Favorite classes include eBooks & eReaders, Facebook, and Skype.

With over three years of library experience at the Buffalo & Erie County Library System under his belt, Jordan joined the TechKnow Lab team in March of 2012.  Of the many free courses offered, teaching patrons the wonders of the web in Internet Basics remains his favorite, but helping people with their eReaders is always a pleasure.  When he's not spreading the good word of the digital age to willing listeners, he's busy watching, reading and writing about cinema.

Sean is a Library Associate who began with the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library in 2001 and joined the TechKnow Lab in 2013. He enjoys helping patrons become more comfortable and familiar with the computer, Internet and other technologies. Sean’s favorite classes are Internet Basics and Internet Intermediate. While away from the lab, Sean enjoys hanging out with his Wife and Daughter.

Laura has been working as a librarian at the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library since 2016 and joined the TechKnow Lab in 2018. She enjoys educating patrons about how technology can help them in their everyday lives. Some of her favorite teaching subjects include genealogy research, email, and smartphone apps. When she is not training others, Laura likes to write and illustrate stories.
