Andy has been a Librarian with the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library since March 2008. Assigned to the TechKnow Lab as of February 2011, he enjoys exploring new technologies then teaching them to the library community. Favorite classes include eBooks & eReaders, Facebook, and Skype.

With over three years of library experience at the Buffalo & Erie County Library System under his belt, Jordan joined the TechKnow Lab team in March of 2012.  Of the many free courses offered, teaching patrons the wonders of the web in Internet Basics remains his favorite, but helping people with their eReaders is always a pleasure.  When he's not spreading the good word of the digital age to willing listeners, he's busy watching, reading and writing about cinema.

Jackie has been assisting the public with technology for over a decade. She has enjoyed helping with everything from microfilm readers and computers to tablets, 3D printers, and more. As a hobby she takes apart and tinkers with electronics and vintage sewing machines and also has spent some time learning to program and operate industrial machines. Working now as a TechKnow Lab librarian, Jackie hopes to encourage confidence in patrons learning to use and navigate technology.

Sean is a Library Associate who began with the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library in 2001 and joined the TechKnow Lab in 2013. He enjoys helping patrons become more comfortable and familiar with the computer, Internet and other technologies. Sean’s favorite classes are Internet Basics and Internet Intermediate. While away from the lab, Sean enjoys hanging out with his Wife and Daughter.
