Electrical Fire at Clinton Branch Library in Buffalo This Morning

Here is an update on the East Clinton Branch Library which was damaged by fire around 9 a.m. this morning.

Due to an electrical fire this morning at the East Clinton Branch Library, the Dudley Branch Library, located at 2010 South Park Avenue, Buffalo, will temporarily extend its open hours until further notice beginning Wednesday, February 25.

Monday 10a.m. - 8p.m.

Tuesday 10a.m. - 8p.m.

Wednesday 10a.m. - 8p.m.

Thursday 10a.m. - 8p.m.

Friday 10a.m. - 6p.m.

Saturday 10a.m. - 6p.m.

The East Clinton Branch Library and the Drop Box will be closed until further notice. 

We are assessing the damage and will work with the City of Buffalo, owners of the building, to determine when the library can be reopened.

Borrowed materials can be returned to any other Buffalo & Erie County Public Library or renewed online at www.BuffaloLib.org .

Library patrons can also visit the library 24/7 online at www.BuffaloLib.org to maintain & manage accounts, download books, music and video, use the databases, research and more!
