Buffalo & Erie County Public Libraries Invite Community Input
“Community Perspectives” Focus Groups Planned in January & February 2014
The Buffalo & Erie County Public Libraries invite the community to share their thoughts, comments and needs regarding Library services by attending an upcoming “Community Perspectives” Focus Group. There are 25 sessions planned in libraries throughout Erie County beginning Tuesday, January 14, 2014.
“As libraries continue to change, it is important for us to listen to community wants and needs,” said Mary Jean Jakubowski, director of the 37-member Buffalo & Erie County Public Library System. “We expect the Focus Groups to be useful forums for public input from a cross section of library users including parents, adults, retirees and teens.”
Those interested in attending a Focus Group should RSVP by calling the library of choice from the list below. The complete schedule is attached to this email and can also be found by clicking on this link: http://bit.ly/1d6agdl. Those unable to attend a session will be able to take an online survey available through the Library’s website (www.BuffaloLib.org) beginning in February.
