LIBRARY INVITES COMMUNITY TO EXPERIENCE
WESTERN NEW YORK’S PUBLISHED AUTHORS – Dec. 13th
December 5, 2003 - Buffalo, NY - The Buffalo and Erie County Public Library (B&ECPL) is presenting an “Author Exchange” at the downtown Central Library on Saturday, December 13th from 1 to 3 p.m. The community is invited to this special afternoon event to experience Western New York’s published writers of various types, including plays, short stories, novels, poetry and essays. Authors will give readings of their work and be available for conversation and discussion. In addition, the authors’ work will be for sale to assist in holiday shopping.
The Buffalo and Erie County Public Library System, comprised of the Central Library, 15 city branches, 36 contract library facilities and mobile and outreach services, is dedicated to enriching the lives of Erie County’s diverse community members by providing open and equal access to information and technology.
