BUFFALO AND ERIE COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES HOLDS MEETINGS TO DISCUSS AND FINALIZE 2006 BUDGET PLANS

Buffalo , NY -- The Buffalo and Erie County Public Library (B&ECPL) Board of Trustees will hold a meeting of its Planning Committee on Thursday, August 25 th . Final recommendations on the status of each facility within the Library System for 2006 will be discussed. The full Board will then convene on Thursday, September 1 st to vote on the B&ECPL's 2006 budget, including the list of libraries to remain funded and open based on the Planning Committee's recommendations. Both meetings are open to the public and will take place at 4 pm in the Central Library's Central Meeting Room located on the second floor.
The August 22 nd meeting of the Planning Committee will not be held.
