Buffalo, NY -- The Buffalo and Erie County Public Library (B&ECPL) has gratefully accepted a $5000 donation from the Buffalo Niagara Chapter of the SCORE Association, “Counselors to America 's Small Business.” The funding support will be used to purchase reference and circulating books for the Central Library's Business, Science & Technology Department. All resources purchased will include 2005 publications or recently updated sources from 2004.

“ Erie County 's failure to appropriate capital funds for materials this year has nearly halted the ordering of new items, leaving many holes in valuable collections throughout the Library System,” said Director Michael C.
