CENTRAL LIBRARY HOLDS LARGE USED BOOK SALE - July 15 th

Buffalo , NY -- On Saturday, July 15, 2006 , the Central Library is holding a large used book sale from 8:30 am to 5 pm . A wide selection of children's items will be available, including readers, picture books, fiction and nonfiction, for $1.00 plus tax. Fiction, foreign language, nonfiction and young adult fiction titles will also be selling for $1.00 plus tax. Paperbacks are priced at 50 cents plus tax, and reference books are available from $3.00 and up plus tax. A special “Collector's Corner” section will be priced as marked.
The sale is open to the public and will be located on the ground floor. Attendees are asked to enter from Ellicott Street . Occupancy will be limited due to space constraints.
All proceeds benefit City of Buffalo Branch Libraries . Cash or credit cards will be accepted. Teachers and non-profit agencies must bring a copy of the school or agency tax-exempt form at the time of purchase.
