CENTRAL LIBRARY HOSTS A NIGHT WITH BILLS LEGEND STEVE TASKER Tuesday, November 28 th
Can't Miss Event for All Bills Fans and Families!
- Free Book Talk Followed by “Talegate” with Tasker Fundraiser -
Buffalo , NY – On Tuesday, November 28 th , the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library (B&ECPL) is hosting a special evening with Buffalo Bills legend Steve Tasker . At 5:30 pm at the downtown Central Library's Mason O. Damon Auditorium, all Bills fans are invited to attend “Tasker's Tales.” This free event will feature the special teams star discussing his new book, Steve Tasker's Tales from the Buffalo Bills , and sharing a behind-the-scenes look at the franchise's most glorious era. A book signing will follow.
At 6:30 pm , the “Talegate” with Tasker fund-raiser kicks-off. This festive party offers attendees an opportunity to ask Tasker questions in a special session, enjoy a chili bar, watch Bills highlight films, have items autographed and win sports memorabilia through auctions and raffles.
“ We are very excited to bring two Western New York favorites together -- the Buffalo Bills and local libraries!” said B&ECPL Director Michael C. Mahaney . “This event is sure to be a winning combination, bringing much needed children's programs to libraries throughout Erie County .”
“Talegate” party tickets cost $15 per person or $40 per family (2 adults and 2 children under age 18).
