One Christmas Eve, a child is asked by the ornaments on her Christmas tree to answer the question: Who is the "STAR" of Christmas?
Author, Maria. T. DiVencenzo will be at the Clarence Library on Monday, December 15th at 6:30 PM to discuss how to make a children's picture book. She will also read from her new book entitled The Christmas Star. Maria is the author of Little House in Brookfield, Little House at the Crossroads, and Little Clearing in the Woods. Together with illustrator Elaine Verstraete, editor Rebecca Davis and designer Amy Manzo Toth, she has worked to bring The Star of Christmas to life, hoping that it will be a magical part of Christmas for all who read it. Maria lives in Clarence with her husband, four children, and their shaggy black schnoodle. Click her for more detail.
