Chapel Street is located off Main Street (Route 39) in the Village of Springville. Wheelchair accessible. Parking lot available.

Public Access Computers: 6 Gateway, networked (printing 10 cents per page) Microsoft Office Applications, Internet Access, Misc.  Mac computer has Claris Works and games. 1 IBM-compatible PC for visually impaired with a 23" monitor (no Internet access) . "What can I do at a Public Access Computer?"

Meeting Room, capacity 30. Copy machine, copies 20 cents each. Radio Receiver.

What's Special About the Concord Library

  • The Hulbert Library of the Town of Concord was built in 1994 and is located in beautiful downtown Springville and faces historic Fiddlers Green Park. 
  • The Community Garden at the Hulbert Library began last year.  It is located at the northeast corner of the library parking lot & will continue to be an ongoing project.
  • The Historical Society does monthly displays.
  • Donated art work from local artists are on permanent display, including rotating works by Harold LeRoy Olmsted on loan from the Emily O Roderick Estates, Sardinia, NY.
  • There are a large number of young patrons who enjoy our many children's programs that include Preschool Story Hour and Summer Reading Fun.
  • The Library has a Telesensory Projector and a Computer for the Visually Impaired that was donated by the Springville Lions Club.
  • The Library also has reproducible tax forms for both federal and state returns.
