Celebrate Children’s Book Week

Family Programs : Tales from the Story Hat with Annemarie Jason. For children of all ages (no registration necessary). Prepare to be delighted and entertained as Annemarie Jason spins stories from simple objects that children find on her story hat. Children Events : Readers - for ages 5 and up. Register to get your reading logs. Record the amount of time you read. Each time you reach one hour, you’ve earned a sticker. Each time you reach six hours, you’ve earned a prize and an entry in the drawing for a gift certificate from Cy’s Pharmacy. Report any time the library is open to pick up your rewards. Do it all over again and again, and again. Pre-Readers for ages 2-5. Come in to sign up and get your first reading log. Record the amount of time someone reads to you. Earn a sticker by reaching one-half hour. Earn a prize and an entry in the drawing for a gift certificate from Cy’s Pharmacy by reaching three hours. Any time the library is open you may claim your reward. No limit to the number of prizes you can get!
