This innovative 30 minute program uses live birds of prey to help children discover their kinship with animals and nurture their curiosity for the natural world. Through hands-on experience, children learn what makes a raptor unique among birds. Each presentation includes storytelling, three small birds of prey, plus touchable animal artifacts. The funding for this program is provided by the Friends of the Hamburg Libraries. |
