PUBLIC ACCESS COMPUTING

Public Access Computing in Action!In late 2003, a new public access computing model was unveiled in the B&ECPL, providing up-to-date versions of many popular programs and several new educational games for younger children. Public reactions to the new, faster model are extremely positive, and the Library continues to improve its offerings.

  • Learn typing skills using Mavis Beacon Typing Tutor™.
  • Create, edit and save Microsoft Office documents, including Word XP, Excel XP, PowerPoint XP, and Publisher 2000.
