Library Cards

GET A  LIBRARY CARD

Your Buffalo & Erie County Public Library opens the door to a world of information and entertainment: books, eBooks, movies, music downloads, CDs, audiobooks, online newspaper and magazine articles, library computers and more.  Library cards are free to residents of New York State and can be used at any of the 37 libraries and the Library on Wheels Bookmobile.

Adult Cards (Erie County residents, 17 and up)
An adult card allows you to check out books, music, and videos and use a library computer.  You can also borrow eBooks and Audiobooks, download music, and research online newspaper and magazine articles.
Print a Library Card Application.  Available in multiple languages.

Youth Cards (Erie County residents, 16 and under)
A youth card allows you to check out books, music, and videos.  You can also borrow eBooks and Audiobooks, download music, use library computers, and get homework help using online encyclopedia and magazine articles.

Apply online  Parent/Legal Guardian permission required.

 

Student Digital Cards (Erie County residents, K-12 schools)
A Student Digital Card allows you to borrow eBooks and Audiobooks, download music, and get homework help using online encyclopedia and magazine articles.
