Rocco Termini, President of Signature Development, is the developer behind the transformation of the Hotel Lafayette. He conducted a talk and tour of the building while it remains a project in progress. Preceding the tour, Ed Healy of Visit Buffalo Niagara was presented a C-SAAHN Recognition Award.
