February 4, 2011: Special Legislative Public Library Districts
Bridget Quinn-Carey, former director of the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library System, presents an overview on the topic of “A Special Legislative Public Library District” to members of the Western New York delegation at the downtown Central Library. The Library System is exploring the benefits of a Special Legislative Library District as a means for to a stable and predictable funding stream.
