Nature Play (ages 6-10 years)

Discover nature in this fun filled program! Participants will get to explore various aspects of Buffalo’s nature, create their own collage, and play games.  Registration required - call or stop by the library to register 716-592-7742


Thursday October 11th 10:30am

Dragons & Unicorns (ages 3-6 years)

Come celebrate your favorite beasts at the library! Create a dragon’s egg and decide what type of Dragon you’ll hatch. Make and take unicorn slime. With stories, games and a dance party! Registration required - call or stop by the library to register 716-592-7742


Tuesday October 23rd 


Computer Class - Organizing your Files & Folders 1-3pm

This class will show how to save files to the computer so you can find them again! Use these skills to arrange your digital photos into album folders or organize other files. This class is based on using a Windows 10 computer. Skill level: Intermediate. Requirements: Mouse and typing skills

Read the Movie Book Club 1:30pm

Monthly book discussion group. Join us as we discuss books made into movies. October's selection is Frankenstein by Mary Shelley. Call or stop by the library to pick a copy 716-592-7742


Saturday October 27th 11-12:30pm


Join us on the last Saturday of each month for a drop-in craft program for fellow crafters to learn something new or to share and work on projects together. (recommended for adults but all ages welcome with a parent/caregiver)

Family Halloween Party!

Enjoy stories and activities during this fun filled party - attending in costume is encouraged but not required. 

All ages welcome!





LEGO Fun Club! 3:30-5pm

Drop in for an afternoon of LEGO fun! (ages 6 and up)



Drop-in Baby Storytime (ages 6-12 omnths) 10:30am - 11:00am


Origami for all! 4-5pm (all ages)



Drop-in Preschool Storytime (ages 2-5 years) 10:30am - 11:15am 


SPCA Paws for Love - Read to a Dog! - 3-4pm

The Erie County SPCA Paws for Love program reinforces reading in a fun way - kids build confidence by reading aloud to therapy trained dogs brought in by SPCA volunteers. 


Drop-in Technology Help - 2:30-4pm 

Stop in anytime between 2:30 and 4pm with your questions about email, ebooks, using the internet and more! 



Game Lab - 4-6 pm 

Drop by from 4-6 pm for board games, robotics and more! For ages 8 and up.

The Hulbert Library of the Town of Concord was built in 1994 and is located in beautiful downtown Springville and faces historic Fiddlers Green Park. Chapel Street is located off Main Street (Route 39) in the Village of Springville. Wheelchair accessible. Parking lot available.

There are 8 Public Computers and 6 public laptops with free Internet Access and Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Ancestry.com and numerous databases. Printing is available at 10 cents per page for black & white and 25 cents per page for color copies. There are also 3 children’s computers available and 2 scanners.

Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the library. To learn more, click this link "What can I do at a Public Access Computer?"

Our meeting room as well as our display case are available for non-profit, public use.  Please give us a call for more information. Meeting room capacity is 35.  Click here for the Hulbert Library Meeting Room Rules of Use.

Copy machine services are available at the prices listed below:

15 cents per copy for 8 1/2 x 11

30 cents per copy for 8 1/2 x 14

***New! Public fax services are available through FaxScan24.  The first page is $1.75 with a cost of an additional dollar per page.  Fax cards are available for purchase.***
