Mother's Day Cookie Decorating - Saturday, May 11th at 11 am - Decorate some cookies to give to Mom for Mother's Day.  We'll also have our button-maker out for creating a button or magnet for Mom.  Registration is required.  Stop by, or call the library to register.
Story Time - Wednesday at 10:30 am (May 1st, 8th & 15th)  Children ages 2 and up will enjoy stories, songs, a craft and Miss Susan's amazing bubble machine!
Business of Music - Saturday, May 18th at 2pm - In a band?  Written a song?  Wonder what's next?  Learn about copyright, setting up a music business, managing your band and getting paid for your work!  FREE program presented by Buffalo Music Hall of Fame and Three2Go Music Alliance.
FREE Computer Training - Thursday, May 9th, 4pm-7pm.  Sign up for a one-on-one session with a computer trainer.  Choose a topic and learn at your own speed.  Limited space.  Sign up today!!
ESL & Citizenship Classes with Jericho Road - Monday & Wednesday 1 pm - 3 pm.  Walk-ins welcome.
We are accepting donations of used books, media and magazines for our annual Friends of the Riverside Library Book Sale.  All proceeds will benefit the Riverside Branch Library.

Request fees - $.25 for adult print or audio materials; $1 for DVDs and Blu-Rays

Applications are now available in Arabic, Burmese, Karen & Somali language versions at the Library.

Youth and Adult library card applications are available in large print at the Library.

Library System Information on the Board of Trustees

The Buffalo & Erie County Public Library System Board of Trustees is the governing body for the downtown Central Library, and the eight branch libraries located in the city of Buffalo. These include: Crane, Dudley, East Clinton, East Delavan, Frank E. Merriweather, Jr., Niagara, North Park and the Riverside Branch Libraries. 

All System Board of Trustee meetings and committee meetings are open to the public
