Andy has been a Librarian with the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library since March 2008. Assigned to the TechKnow Lab in February 2011, he enjoys exploring new technologies then teaching them to the library community. Favorite classes to teach include eBooks, Ancestry Library Edition, and Book a Technology Trainer one-on-one sessions.  Andy enjoys attending concerts and listening to music whether it is streamed or on CD, cassette, or vinyl.

With over three years of library experience at the Buffalo & Erie County Library System under his belt, Jordan joined the TechKnow Lab team in March of 2012.  Of the many free courses offered, teaching patrons the wonders of the web in Internet Basics remains his favorite, but helping people with their eReaders is always a pleasure.  When he's not spreading the good word of the digital age to willing listeners, he's busy watching, reading and writing about cinema.

Sean is a Library Associate who began with the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library in 2001 and joined the TechKnow Lab in 2013. He enjoys helping patrons become more comfortable and familiar with the computer, Internet and other technologies. Sean’s favorite classes are Internet Basics and Internet Intermediate. While away from the lab, Sean enjoys hanging out with his family.

Abigail is a Librarian new to the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library system, joining in June 2018. She is passionate about genealogy and searching through databases such as Ancestry Library Edition. When she is not tracing her family history, she enjoys jigsaw puzzles, creating playlists on iTunes, making and then eating nachos while watching True Crime shows.

Micha joined TechKnow Lab in January of 2019. She had her first exposure to programming and web-design while studying to be a librarian at McGill University in Montreal and has been interested in technology and it’s applications in our lives ever since. She is passionate about traveling and learning firsthand about different cultures. It may be no surprise that ancestry is her favorite class to teach.
