The Buffalo & Erie County Public Library offers one-on-one technology assistance by appointment at the Downtown Central Library. These can be done in-person or via Zoom on your personal device. Zoom is only available for TechKnow Lab topics and not for Launch Pad topics such as 3D printing, Glowforge, Cricut, and the recording studios. These sessions are designed to assist with device and software support or Internet training. They are not designed to troubleshoot computer problems or repair hardware. Simply fill out and submit the form below and a staff member will get back to you within 2-3 business days to set a mutually agreed upon date/time to conduct the meeting. There is a limit of 1 appointment per calendar month.
