Use of facility spaces includes: auditoriums, meeting rooms, conference spaces and other areas which may be available in the Library. Facility spaces are available for use by both Non-Profit organizations and For-Profit businesses located in and outside of Erie County.

Library facility use for meetings and programs those jointly sponsored by the Library have priority.

Use of facility spaces is determined as per priorities of use set forth herein. A signed Application for Facility Use contract and deposit fee must be received (if applicable). In fairness to the numerous community organizations and groups that request meeting space, reservations may be limited in frequency.
