Fiber Artists

Crafters can get together to work on personal textile projects in the company of other fiber art enthusiasts. This is not a class, so please bring your own materials and project utensils.

Sensational Storytime

Join us for a fun and lively program featuring stories, songs, hands-on activities, and simple crafts. Sensational Storytime is for children ages 2–4 with a parent or caregiver.

Patron Appreciation Picnic and Grand Re-Opening Celebration

Join us for a special Patron Appreciation Picnic and the Grand Re-Opening Celebration of the Kenilworth Library!

Enjoy face painting by Melanie, hot dogs, water and snacks, lawn games, fun challenges, prizes, and more. Music will be provided by DJ Christopher Johnson.

This free community celebration is sponsored in part by Wegmans and Town of Tonawanda Councilman Carl Szarek. Please bring your own chair for seating. The Stanley Falk School parking lot is available for overflow parking. We look forward to celebrating with you!


Emergency Preparedness with United Way

Monday, September 21, 6:00–7:00 PM

Be prepared for the next emergency! Join United Way of Buffalo & Erie County for a free Disaster Resilience Kit and interactive preparedness workshop. Learn practical steps to protect yourself, your loved ones, and your home before disaster strikes.

Participants will learn where to find reliable emergency information, how to prepare for fires, winter storms, and other emergencies, and explore the contents of a disaster resilience kit. Attendees will also have the opportunity to speak with disaster preparedness experts and receive a free Disaster Resilience Kit, practical household preparedness tips, local resource connections, and additional giveaways.
