- The Buffalo & Erie County Public Library’s 2022-2026 Five Year System Plan of Service (pdf) was approved by the B&ECPL Board of Trustees on June 17, 2021 and the New York State Education Department – Division of Library Development on December 6, 2021.
- The Buffalo & Erie County Public Library’s 2022-2026 Central Library Plan of Service (pdf) was approved by the B&ECPL Board of Trustees on June 17, 2021 and the New York State Education Department – Division of Library Development on December 6, 2021. The purpose of the Central Library Plan is to describe services provided by the Central Library to other libraries and denotes services funded by state aid including Central Library Development Aid (CLDA) and Central Library Book Aid (CLBA).
