    Located on Main Street in the picturesque Village of Angola. Wheelchair accessible. Street parking and parking lot across the street available.

    Public Access Computers: 7 computers, 2 laptops, networked (printing and mobile printing 10 cents per page B&W, 25 cents Color) Microsoft Office Applications, Internet Access, Misc. "What can I do at a Public Access Computer?"

    What's Special about the Angola Public Library?

    Located just 2 miles from the shores of Lake Erie the library welcomes a large influx of summer residents.  It is the perfect place to come to check out a wide variety of books, magazines, DVD's, Blu-Rays, Audiobooks and CD's or use the computers.

    We have the Angola Record, a local newspaper, from 1879-1937 on an external hard drive.

    Lake Shore Central Year Books are available for in library use.

      Celebrating 100 Years of the Angola Library!

      Saturday, October 19th
      Doors open at 6:00pm, Dinner at 7:00pm
      at the Evans Center Fire Hall

      Join us for a delicious turkey dinner, homemade desserts, cash bar, 
      basket raffle, afghan raffle, and live music. 

      Tickets are available at the library during open hours.

      Proceeds benefit the Angola Public Library.



      Who's ready to get spooky??

      Wednesday October 23rd
      5:00pm-7:00pm

      The library is not available for checkouts or browsing during the Halloween event.
       

      The event will be held inside the library. Come in costume! 
      Visit our fun Halloween stations and participate in games, 
      crafts, spooky crafts, and more! 

      We will have treats available at the back of the library for each child signed up.

      The Liberwyrms Book Club meets the 
      first Tuesday of every month, at 10:00 AM

      No meetings January and August.


      Book A Technology Trainer

      Call today for a 45 minute one-on-one program to learn a variety of technological subjects.

      Topics include: Computer basics, set up an email account, email attachments, internet searching, organizing computer files and folders, using a flash drive, Facebook, Skype, or Twitter account, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, or Publisher, iPad or Kindle basics, android basics, borrowing library ebooks, using Windows 10, and more.

      Sensory Playtime

      We have FOUR bins with various sensory items in them! You can play, touch, squeeze, and squish!

       

      Bins are available at the desk during any open hours.

       



      Lego Build Week

      Starting the first Monday of every month drop in any time the library is open and build. All creations will be displayed in the library for the remainder of the month.

      GED Prep Class

      Need to get your GED? Erie2 BOCES is providing free classes here at the library.

      Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 1pm-4pm.
