Beginning Friday, November 20th, the City of Tonawanda Library will be closed to the public and will transition to offering curbside/walk-up service only. This is a result of the Orange Micro-Cluster designation that the Library falls under.

Curbside/Walk-Up Service will be available during the following hours:

Monday - 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Tuesday - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Wednesday - Closed
Thursday - 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Friday - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday - 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Sunday - Closed

So how do you request items to be picked up? Two ways! Give us a call at 693-5043 during the hours listed above starting, or fill out this form: https://forms.gle/tEEbsmxRZS2MLqU38

For the time being, each library card holder can request five (5) items per day for pickup. You may also place holds on items from other libraries.

Our drop boxes remain open. Please feel free to return items to them at any time.

Any questions? We're happy to answer them!
